Sound Texts
This publication documents an experimental alphabet that explores the relationship of letterforms to their spoken sound. Moreover, it is based on the observation that in the English language vowels are often the most dominant when spoken, while consonants tend to cut the sound. The zine explores this duality in typographic form through iterations, inspirations, and tactical applications. This zine was made as part of Experimental Typography Workshop in the Master of Communication Design at RMIT University, led by Vincent Chan
